Make a Donation to the Clayton Chamber Foundation
Supporting the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, the Clayton Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2019. Its mission is to raise funds to support and advance CCOC initiatives for the betterment of the Clayton community.
In June of 2020, the Clayton Chamber Foundation (CCF) launched a Small Business Recovery Grant Fund to directly assist small businesses in the Clayton area that experienced economic hardship related to COVID-19.
The Clayton Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, Dana Wooten, said “We are so proud of how strong and resilient our community has been during these difficult times. The Clayton Chamber Foundation is blown away by the love and support shown for our small business community. We are so thankful for each and every donor that made this campaign possible. This $27,000 created a way for the Clayton Chamber Foundation to be able to directly support 15 different recovering small businesses right here in Clayton. This has been a humbling four-month campaign, and although we are sad to see the campaign come to an end, we can rest assured that this made a significant impact for many businesses during this pandemic.”
The CCF Small Business Recovery Grant was open to all Clayton-area small businesses that met the criteria established by the Clayton Chamber Foundation Board of Directors and Advisory Committee. The Clayton Chamber Foundation Small Business Grant program was made possible by community donations and awarded on a first come basis, providing all criteria was met by the applicant.
